1. Introduction

Welcome to Vintage LX! Our online shop, available at www.vintagelx.com, specialises in the sale of second-hand items, vintage pieces and antiques. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Vintage LX and its customers.

By accessing and using our website, and by making any purchase, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read these terms carefully before proceeding with any transaction. These terms and conditions also apply to the physical shop.

2. Products and Presentation

Vintage LX sells items with a history, so the products available may show signs of use or natural ageing.

  • Customers may view the products in person before purchase, by prior appointment.

  • If it is not possible to visit the shop, you may request a short video of the item to better assess its condition.

  • Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and monitor settings.

  • The items sold are one-of-a-kind pieces, so we do not guarantee restocking.

    3. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with the legislation in force.

Payment may be made using the methods available on the platform at the time of purchase. Orders will be processed only after payment has been confirmed.

Additional charges may apply for services such as special packaging or transport insurance, when requested by the customer.

    4. Shipping and Liability During Transport

Vintage LX offers different shipping options, including delivery, for customers’ greater convenience. However, we accept no liability for any damage occurring during the transport of products.

    Customers have the option to:

    • Collect the products in person from the shop;

    • Choose a transport service of their preference.

If the customer opts for a shipping service, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging upon receipt and, in the event of visible damage, lodging a complaint directly with the carrier.

      5. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Given the nature of the items sold, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All products are sold as seen, and it is entirely the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the items before purchase.

      6. Warranty and Authenticity

The products sold by Vintage LX are vintage and second-hand items and do not carry a conventional warranty. However, we guarantee the authenticity of the pieces wherever possible, providing information about their origin, period and materials.

      7. Data Protection and Privacy

Vintage LX is committed to protecting its customers’ personal data in accordance with the legislation in force. For more details on the collection and processing of data, please see our Privacy Policy.

      8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content made available on the website, including images, texts and logos, is the property of Vintage LX or of authorised third parties and is protected by intellectual property rights. Any improper use of content without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

      9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Vintage LX reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

      10. Customer Support and Contact

For any question, query or need for assistance, you can contact us via:
