How does it work when there are several heirs?

We carry out the inventory and the valuation piece by piece, which helps everyone divide fairly and transparently.

Do you handle the sale of the pieces?

Yes, if that is the decision. We handle the sale for the best value, or help you keep and document the pieces.

Do you travel to see the estate?

We see clients at our shop in Lisbon (Areeiro) and, for larger estates, we travel to you or arrange a secure collection anywhere in the country. When it is a whole house to be cleared, the route is different: clearing the house and selling its contents.
